Artisan Cottage holds a wonderful location on the borders of Wiltshire and Dorset, situated on the edge of the hamlet of Semley, just three miles away from the market town of Shaftesbury.

The 19th century cottage has been beautifully modernised and today succeeds in perfectly merging contemporary interiors and stylish furnishings with character features such as the exposed stonework and oak beams. Artisan Cottage has been designed with high attention to detail by its current owners who seamlessly mix antiques dating back to the 16th century alongside furniture from contemporary makes including Pinch Design and Another Country.

On the ground floor is the main entertaining space which comprises of an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, the perfect space for the whole family to gather. Also on this level is a separate sitting room, boasting a woodburning stove it makes a cosy space to spend an evening. Upstairs, guests will find the three elegantly finished bedrooms. The self-contained space comprises of an open-plan living area with kitchen, while upstairs on the mezzanine level is a king-size bed. This space is perfect for a couple who want to enjoy some peace and quiet away from the cottage while still remaining in close proximity with the annex being linked by a garden door to the back of the cottage.
