Located in the most beautiful setting near Mawgan Porth, Porth House is a spacious and luxurious sea-themed property for up to eight guests with a balcony that wraps around the house and all your amenities walking distance from your front door.
The interiors are bright, warm and welcoming, with natural light flooding through the large floor-to-ceiling windows. On the first-floor, the main living area has two large sofas, while to the other side of this is a solid wooden dining table with space for the whole group to gather for the all-important meal-times. The property has a spacious kitchen with a double oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and wine fridge. With table tennis in the garage complete with a couple of sofas, you’ll find that everyone has the space they need to wind-down and enjoy a little fun and games.
There are four well appointed bedrooms, each unique continuing the fresh sea-colours theme and vibrant natural textures throughout, with a range of wall-mounted televisions and corner sofas to make for a cosy environment. There is a king-size bedroom on each floor, alongside a twin room which can be arranged as a super-king upon request. The king-size rooms both enjoy en-suite facilities, while there is also a large family bathroom available. A wet room on the ground-floor is great for rinsing off after a day at the beach, with space to leave sandy wetsuits and more in the garage.
Out on the balcony there is space for the whole group to enjoy the beautiful views across the countryside and even some glimpses of the sea. A set of sun-loungers on the balcony, which wraps its way around the house, ensure you can really soak up the sunshine and the peace and calm of this superb location, plus there is a BBQ located here ideal for an alfresco meal in the sun.
