Situated within a five-minute walk of no less than three great beaches in the area, this gorgeous town house is set over three spacious levels and offers an outdoor space for entertaining, as well as on-site parking.  Stepping inside you’ll discover airy, open-plan living with retro decor and plush furnishings.  The house is equipped with smart home technology including underfloor heating and auto lighting that can be controlled via the tablet provided.  The living room has a large, comfortable sofa and occasional seating, which together with the 40” flatscreen television, create the ideal place to relax and unwind in.
The kitchen is both modern and well-equipped and features a breakfast bar with stools, whilst the thoughtful design of the home lends itself beautifully to socialising and entertaining in.  French doors from the dining area flood the space with light and lead to an enclosed south-facing patio, perfect for enjoying a drink or unwinding in the sunshine.  Situated on the first floor off the roomy landing, are two bedrooms and a family bathroom, and on the second floor is a spacious master en-suite.
