We live in uncertain times; but we don’t want that to stop you from holidaying and getting away with your friends and family. We’ve been arranging holidays for over 50 years – so first of all relax as you are in safe hands with our team at Reglar Collection. We’ve also developed a Flexible Booking Promise – we understand you need flexibility; so should you need to postpone your booking we will do all we can to allow you to re-arrange your booking up to December 2021.

If you book / have booked a Hotel or Tour this means that: 

  • We’ll offer you the option to postpone your booking up to 48 hours prior to arrival.
  • Any deposit paid can be used towards your re-arranged holiday at any of our properties and experiences up to December 2021

If you book / have booked a Cottage of Homestay this means that:

  • If you need to change your booking we’ll arrange with the cottage / house owner to re-arrange your booking and use your deposit paid towards that future reservation.
  • Once your balance is paid we guarantee that the cost of your holiday will remain the same and we will also be waiving all admin fees for amending dates for bookings affected by Covid19.
  • We will prioritize your replacement booking over any new booking requests for the same holiday home whilst you make up your mind.

For Cottages and Homestays – Guide and Cleaning Standard

As travel restrictions start to loosen, cottage and homestay holidays are set to be more popular than ever. We are working closely with our owners and property managers to ensure they feel well prepared to welcome our guests. We’ve provided them with enhanced hygiene guidelines and cleaning checklists to ensure their property meets appropriate hygiene standards in line with Covid-19. We are encouraging owners to implement self-check-in through technology, electronic key boxes or other means where possible if they haven’t already got this in place, as well as adhere to social distancing measures. For example, asking cleaning teams to only go into homes when guests aren’t present. If you have any specific property-related questions feel free to ask our friendly team when your enquire.
