The Victorian Manor dates back to 1877 and has been refurbished in recent years by Laura Ashley, today offering elegant yet traditional interiors and furnishings throughout, a true Scottish home. The Lodge can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests across seven bedrooms, each of which comes with its very own en-suite bathroom, making it ideal for couples holidaying together or a business event. Caledonian Lodge is fully catered, so guests will not have to lift a finger throughout, instead focusing on enjoying this beautiful part of Scotland.
On the ground floor is the main living accommodation which comprises of a warm and inviting drawing room and a formal dining room which makes the perfect place for guests to gather. Spend an evening after dinner socialising with drinks in the snooker room, and make use of the home gym the following morning. The first of the bedrooms, a small double with en-suite shower room is located on the ground floor, ideal for a guest who struggles with their mobility.
Outside, there are thousands of acres just waiting to be explored right from your doorstep. The owners can arrange a number of on-site outdoor pursuits for an additional charge. These include, guided hikes, mountain biking, ranger-guided tours, brown trout fishing, clay pigeon shooting and whisky tasting – you can even turn your hand at foraging for your own meal.
